DSR Instructions

Please call DSR for the password.

Search for University of Florida on the home page.

Enter password.

Select the correct area on the main menu.

Fill out and upload appropriate information

Submit to DSR the DSR-1 form or Peoplesoft equivalent with a copy of the proposal.

DSR will review and call PI with approval to submit.
-
PI submits application.
